The ‘C42’ Citroën flagship showroom building, at the Champs-Elysée Avenue in Paris, has contributed to making a name for herself within the public realm and on the international stage. | |
Benedetta Tagliabue is a renowned Italian architect established in Barcelona for more than twenty years. In 1991 she started her collaboration with Enric Miralles with whom she founded Miralles Tagliabue EMBT studio in 1994. She has just completed the Spanish Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo 2010 and received the prestigious RIBA International Award for Best International Building last May. | |
Simon Allford co founded Allford Hall Monaghan Morris Architects in 1989. Eva Jiricna, founder of Eva Jiricna Architects, is a Czech born architect who has been based in London for over 30 years. Her architectural and design practice has an international portfolio of residential, commercial and retail interiors; furniture, products and exhibitions; private and public buildings. Her clients include major corporate and public organisations. | |
James Zheng is a partner in the firm Goettsch Partners, as well as the director of Asian operations. As such, he leads the majority of the firm’s projects in the region, especially throughout China. He focuses on the planning and design of large-scale office, hospitality and mixed-use developments, with work in more than 20 cities. Through his efforts, the firm established a representative office in Shanghai in 2004. | |
Chris Johnson has practiced architecture in London for more than 25 years for two of the world’s largest practices; SOM and Gensler. In the 14 years he has been with Gensler, Chris has led a multitude of projects including the award winning headquarters for GCHQ in Cheltenham and the Gate Building for the DIFC in Dubai. He has also spearheaded Gensler London’s Community Outreach programme, a recipient of two Dragon Awards. | |
Mark Swetman from international real estate firm Hines, has over 15 years of property development experience, the majority of which he has been acting as principal either at a major local REIT or as a private real estate developer. Since 2000, Mark has specialised in office development in the City of London and has been involved in over 3m sq ft of built development and over 5m sq ft of future schemes. | |
Lee Hallman is a qualified architect with over 23 years experience on a wide range of projects from opera houses to office towers. Fourteen of those years were spent working on a global portfolio at Foster + Partners. As Head of Design, Lee oversees all the work of the Candy & Candy Design team from both a project management and design point of view. This overview ensures the delivery of a seamless, high quality, design solution both internally and externally. | |
