based on predefined zoning, stresses on establishing an architectural

Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, the Tinkham Veale
University Center is an 80,000-sq-ft building designed for convergence of
students from each quadrant and forms a connection point that ties the
whole campus together.
