SORRENTO HOUSE BY ROB MILLS DESIGN
A contemporary Palladian villa that unashamedly takes its lead from the great seaside villas but adds an ultra-modernist twist.

Immaculately crafted and highly sophisticated, Sorrento showcases the core ingredients of modern Rob Mills design: a monochromatic palette of exposed concrete and honed basalt; a seamless marriage between its raw elements and the coastal landscape. "A beach house is a place that can offer all the sophistication and convenience of modern life but is cloaked in casual clothes," says Mills.

DEUTSCHE BANK BY HASSELL
When Deutsche Bank relocated its head office from Hong Kong Island to the International Commerce Centre in Kowloon, the bank seized the opportunity to create an innovative new workplace that would demonstrate their strength, innovation and ambition in the region while nurturing its people and culture. The new tower is currently the fourth tallest building in the world and considered an icon in Hong Kong.

Citizen M Glasgow will be the third hotel to open in the citizenM family, and offers mobile citizens of the world affordable luxury in the heart of the city. The concept of the hotel is to cut out all hidden costs and remove all unnecessary items, in order to provide its guests a luxury feel for a budget price.

GREENLEAF BY 7GODS
Creative agency 7Gods has just completed the branding, interior design and project management of Greenleaf, the latest gem in London's entertainment scene. With a creative balance of yin and yang energies, the practice has renovated two levels of an existing site into a contemporary Chinese restaurant and two karaoke bars that include a number of items 7Gods created and made especially for the venue.

IBM FORUM LONDON BY HOK
HOK London has unveiled the first images of the refurbished IBM Forum London, located in the IBM building, on London's Southbank.

Providing business and conferencing facilities for clients and partners, the IBM Forum London comprises a conference suite with nine spacious and flexible meeting rooms located around the building perimeter with stunning river views.

NEW MISSION HALL BY ADAM RICHARDS
The site for this house is at a prominent bend in the road, where an old drover's track meets a large oak tree marking the boundary of this small rural village in West Sussex, England. The existing building was an introverted former Baptist's chapel suffering from subsidence.
