First-time exhibitors Hitch Mylius will present their award-winning designs; clean lines, strong shapes and bold colours are the calling card of the British furniture manufacturer. A firm fixture of retail, INTERIORS UK is delighted to welcome them to the show where they will disclose a whole host of new products.
After last year's successful show, Ercol - popular for their crafted furniture and the loving design ethic that goes into every piece - will be launching the new Romana Dining collection. The design displays Ercol's manufacturing skills to their best, showcasing beautifully decorated pieces in solid, pale oak, which are crafted with soft curves.
Also new to the show is the Teramo Bedroom range; relaxed and modern in design, using clearly lacquered oak and spindled headboard, crisply depicting Ercol's rich heritage.
Similarly, G Plan - noted for their skill of producing handcrafted upholstery since 1898 - launch a new addition to their popular Hemingway Design, The Fifty Nine in Leather, which blends timeless design with a modern twist. To celebrate their 60th anniversary at the show, G Plan is re-launching their iconic chair, known as 'The World's Most Comfortable Chair.' The chair was originally launched in 1962 and the new version, inspired by James Bond, is entitled 'The Sixty Two'.
New to the 2014 show, Italian brand Egoitaliano will treat visitors to their eye-catching, iconic and contemporary designs. The Alice Sofa will make its debut in the UK, renowned for its simple yet functional design and the brand will be offering exclusive show-only discounts.
Also aimed at the modern market, international brand Tomasella will showcase designs previously not seen in the UK market, including their Bravo Bed in Hall 2; a classic piece with a fresh Italian twist, perfectly in tune with the taste of our times.
New design brand Julia Brendel makes an exciting first appearance at the show. Since their official launch at Decorex in September the brand is going from strength-to-strength and are now launching their first range 'Origins' in January. The range includes richly indulgent fabrics, with intricate patterns and refined colour palettes paying homage to a creative fusion of cultural influences in lavish silks and cottons.
Clifton Lighting, distributor of the world's leading lighting brands, has announced that INTERIORS UK will see the launch of two new modular ranges from Venetian brand. Metallux features faultless chromation, preventing the pieces from becoming tarnished or discoloured. The show will also be home to Venice Association Brand, Voltolina, which will feature beautiful handmade Murano fittings exclusively available through Clifton. The brand also plans to announce a new product at the show for whom they will act as sole distributors making INTERIORS UK a big event for Clifton and buyers alike.
Making a welcome return to the show, Dar Lighting will be exhibiting with an exquisite selection of pieces including Atticus 5 Light Ceiling Pendant, Equator 12 Light Ceiling Pendant, Ottaman 1 Light Pendant French Gold and Phoenix 4 Light Pendant. Marketing Manager, Elaine Hidson commented on supporting the show, "We are delighted to be returning to show our continued support for The Lighting Association and industry by exhibiting at INTERIORS UK."
Popular online brand Rug-Maker.com is set to return to the show after a strong 2013 show. Famed for their iconic stamp rug spotted on the set of Alan Carr: Chatty Man, and after a successful struggle to obtain a licence to reproduce the Queen's image, the brand is a must-visit for definitively British designs. The brand are set to re-launch their website at the show to revolutionise the way customers are able to design their own bespoke and top-quality rugs, and the ever-popular brand will have their own show exclusives.
Stylish Swedish brand Stil-Furniture will launch a brand new British designed range at the show. Inspired by the brand's Anglo-Scandinavian roots, Ian Cull has created a new range of contemporary, occasional furniture that melds functionality, style and design.
Spires Art are paving the way in innovative design and have a new range of glass design pictures ready to unveil at the show.
Deknudt Decora will uncover the Nick Silver Mirror with its edgy design and reflective silver frame, ideal for modern and classic home environments.
Returning for their 18th year will be longstanding favourites Gallery Direct. The brand continue their reign as the top mirror supplier in the UK, but have also expanded their range by 63% to include furniture and accessories - the brand are set to launch British designed sofas and chairs, console tables and occasional furniture ranges at INTERIORS UK. "A huge amount of work has gone into extending our catalogue and developing the new ranges" says Peter Delaney, MD. "The whole team has done a tremendous job to create some of our best designs yet." Gallery will be displaying their latest designs from an impressive double-storey stand.
Over the four days, other brands and suppliers to showcase at INTERIORS UK in January include Caxton, Willis and Gambier, Buoyant Upholstery, Dar Lighting, TCS, Illuminati, Westbridge, Aleal and Bitten.
