2) The finishing date for completing the survey guaranteeing entry into the Prize Draw is midnight (BST) on 15th April 2014. The winner will be selected at random and announced during the last week of April.
3) You will be conducting this survey anonymously and no information about individual responses will be shared. As the survey is anonymous so you MUST enter a unique 6 digit code after your company name.
