ANNUAL AWARDS 2013

The Saatchi Gallery in London played host to the most distinguished figures in architecture and design at the inaugural World Interiors News Annual Awards ceremony on the 28th November 2013. Over 300 attendees from across the globe joined art historian, broadcaster and presenter for the evening, Andrew Graham-Dixon to recognise the designs that have helped shape the material and cultural landscape over the past year.

During the ceremony, guests enjoyed a 3-course meal and were treated to a unique opportunity to view the Gallery's latest exhibition, Body Language, which explores the physicalities of being human through painting, sculpture and photography. The capacity crowd included interior design guru, Sir Terence Conran, who has been a keen supporter of the Awards programme and, as a member of this year's judging panel, was instrumental in selecting the individual category winners.

Event organiser and Editor of World Interiors News, Annalisa Hammond, was delighted with the inaugural event: 'We have received so many positive comments about the Awards dinner. The intimacy and originality of the venue appealed to our sponsors and guests, many of whom have already enquired about next year's event!'
